Now it's 30€ per person per night -> total of 84.000€. 
This includes *everything* under one roof and three meals per day, two
of them full course hot meals.

I really need some more details here. What kind of food we're talking
about and how many meals per day? Do you have B&B accommodation and
these 3-6.7€ cover two meals per day? Or the price covers three meals
per day? Or perhaps the participants will only have two meals per day?
And again, will participants have at least one hot meal (preferably two)
per day?
