Short answer:

Sarajevo:
Dormitory is nothing for you. Small doors, unusable bathrooms
for you. You would need a hotel which is a bit away (the BP
nearby is not ready). There are lifts and ramps in it, but the
big one fit for a weelchair wasnt working when we visited them.

        Streets are ok for you.

The Cultural center was basically ruled out during todays
        meeting, so not more here.

The Hotel is your dream option. As they have medical units and
patients they are perfectly fit for you. Thats it, you will love
        it.

For both options - you will have trouble in the tram, so a taxi
should be called. Safir mentioned there are taxis that are ready
for it, you need to call them.

Edinburgh:
The Physics College is said to have stuff inside, the way to it
is via a bad street, which is nearly not useable for
weelchairs. But i think its out anyways.

The ECA is *IMO* best for you here, has ramps and weelchair
        toilets.

The Teviot is similar to that, except that the lift is with
supporting people, so you need one to use it there. They also
have the toilets for disabled, 5 of them IIRC in the building.

The city itself is very good for disabled persons, nearly
everywhere you have the curbstone prepared for weelchairs at
traffic lights. The taxis all need to have, due to some local
rule, preparations for weelchairs. We looked at one, they
basically have ramps at the door, can get a chair inside away
and have special ways of making sure you dont fly out. And they
        are higher.
Busses also have ramps for weelchairs and at least one place for
        it.
There are some places in EDI which have a not so good street for
you to drive on, and sometimes its a bit steep, but nothing that
        should hurt too much.

For both places you wouldnt sleep in the hostels, but there are
nearby hotels which are fine for you, and also planned to get
used for those that dont want to go into a hostel, so you
wouldnt be the only one there.

From that I guess you have a drawn between both locations, if you want
to chose. SJJ in the hotel would have the hotel perfectly fine for you,
after you got there with a taxi, but in EDI you can go out into the town
more easily.

It seems to me that the account creation step could be fully automated:
checking the box "approved by DAM" could trigger an insert into the LDAP
database thereby creating the account.
