Just for comparison, Yliopistopaino ("University press") has the
following list prices:
200 proceedings * 70 pages => 14000 pages total
A4 single-sided 0,040 + 0,011 => 0,051 € / page
Soft covers with taped back 1,00 - 5,50 € / piece
714 € (pages) + 200-1100 € (covers)
Total 900-1814 €
To be fair, I think this was not their cheapest option, and they would
probably give a discount to such quantities.
A0 poster: 55 € / poster
Discount 2-9 posters: -15% (46,75 € / poster)
Discount 10-50 posters: -25% (41,25 € / poster)
I would say that the offer you got is very good.
