I would advise you to select a list on talks you would like to attend. I
use the Giggity app for Android [1]. Doing so in advance allows one to
just roam between the talks when the event starts.
Also remember to reserve time to discuss with other people. One can
watch most of the talks live or on recording, but speaking about many
things with other Debianites is one of the main reasons to attend in
person instead of watching it live (if you are attending in person that
is).
