If you're packing your bags, don't forget your cheese, and your wine either!

Wine is very important for the cheese, and vice-versa. The salty, fatty, creaminess of cheese provides a balance to the astringency, acidity, and alcohol in wine. It makes the wine better, and the cheese too !

I just add the wine and tobbacco customs regulations on the wikipage of the cheese and wine party.
