Atovaquone/proguanil in India

Hi,

can you tell me whether Atovaquone/Proguanil anti Malaria medication
(possible brand name Malarone) is readily available in Kochi? If not,
which medication is used instead?

We seem to have a shortage of Atovaquone/Proguanil in Europe and I would
rather not deplete supply further for the sole reason of having stand-by
medication that I would probably not need anyway. On the other hand I
would prefer not to be out of anything if Malaria hits me ...
