If you have a Garmin device I think

is for you. After wget-ing it you need to
7z x mtbswitzerland.exe
mkgmap --gmapsupp 6*.img 7*.img clas*.TYP
Be aware: mkgmap in testing/unstable is broken (#710046) so you need
Debian stable to create your Garmin map (I try to work on this but
most probably no success before DebConf.
