It's most of the time quite informal. Some teams plan to work together
on a more or less coordinated manner.

Some other people just come and hack, sometimes alone, mostly
benefitting from a week away from daily life "constraints" and an
atmosphere that helps hacking activities.

Some other "just" help setting up the main conference (which is always
a tremendous work)

Most of the time, this is a great mix of all this, plus several
"social" activities (beer, restaurant, Mao playing, running, playing
whatever sport or game comes to mind).

Of course, what most benefits from Debcamp is team work on whatever
topic (packaging, infrastructure work, tools development,
whatever...). It often continues during the main conference week as
not everybody is attending Debcamp (and not everybody attending it is
attending all of Debcamp).

I'm not aware of any wiki page trying to coordinate this...but
that could be this year's improvement and thanks for volunteering..:-)
