Definitely there are good offers for postpaid users but postpaid is
not suitable for visitors.
And yes, it worth mentioning that m:tel is more focused on market in
Republic of Srpska while BHTelecom is more focused on market in
Federacija BiH. But concerning signal coverage there very little
difference. And If one needs only prepaid data, definitely the best
option would be BHTelecom "ULTRA INTERNET" plan.
