In Bosnia you generally have only three GSM operators :
In most cases you can get prepaid SIM card for 5 KM ~ 3.6$ ~ 2.5€ and
that includes that much credit on account. The prices are almost
identical for all operaters.
Unfortunately, data plans for prepaid users are not cheap but here is
what you can get.
m:tel - www.mtel.ba (GPRS/EDGE and UMTS support in cities):
When you buy prepaid SIM card than you can choose between few
packages. Depending what you prefer to use more.
If you choose "Tarifa Surfaj" costs are:
0.35 KM / 1 MB
0.33 KM / 1 min. of talk
0.11 KM / SMS message.
Other package models are more focused on SMS messaging or calling so
data is bit expensive. About 1.17 KM / 1 MB

BHtelecom - www.telecom.ba (GPRS/EDGE and most base stations have UMTS
support) :
1MB - 0.42 KM (for period 01:00 AM - 08:00 AM) and 0.85 KM for period
( 08:00 AM - 01:00 AM)
OR
If you want only data SIM card you can get it for 15 KM, it includes
15 KM of credit and 1MB costs 0.15KM so in start up you get 100MB of
data transfer. Plan is called "ULTRA INTERNET" <-- best deal for only
data
Eronet - www.eronet.ba (I don't know about their 3G support):
1MB around 1.5 km
I dont' know if they have only data plans.
You don't need to look for operators shop, just look for operators
sign and most probably you will be able to recharge credit there and
to buy new SIM card.
[1 KM = 1.955 € and ~ 1.4$]
