I think adding the spacefun stuff makes it far too busy. Stick to the
logo+ event name and place.
I quite like the 'far too big' swirl (top RH of
http://wiki.debconf.org/upload/8/88/V2pdc11.svg) but any of those 4
would be fine by me (adding a 'Banja Luka' at least somewhere).
(Actually the first one with the rotated logo is not so good - looks
like a snail - logos are better with the correct orientation).

but how do we express which ones we liked? I find the 'muddy' colours
best, probably called things like 'olive', 'grey' and 'dust'. i.e
squares 10, 13, 14, 15 from the left. All contrasting nicely with the
logo.
