Ian, appearantly the localteam wants you to book flights first, then tell when 
you arrive and then shuttles will be organized. (IMO its the wrong way round, 
I've said so too + several times, but well.)
(And this "you" obviously is a plural you, not only targeted at Ian.)

So one should assume we'll provide about 2 shuttles per day for the less busy 
arrival days and probably 2 or 3 busses/shuttles on the busier days. (ie I'm 
confident the above plan will happen for real if we get to know your arrival 
dates.)
Plus there is public transport in case you dont trust this offer.
