Well, this would rule out completely a kind of cheese that we have here
in Brazil called "Minas", which is a pity, since some people may not
know it. One way to describe it would be "to bite 'fresh' milk".

It is not that hard to make it, but I don't think that I would have all
the ingredients.

OTOH, it seems that I can bring some "Prato" with me. :-)
