Forget this, you can not set that, it is automatically set by a daily cron if speaker
attends debconf in that day.

They will appear tonight automagically at 3 a.m (Europe/Ganneff) after the
mentioned cron is run.
I have to say that I like more if speaker needs to confirm it....
