Based on the thread on -discuss I've now created http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf9/Accomodation to collect the information in a central place and I've also added a link to that page via the regular DebConf9 website. (I'll watch the wiki diffs, no worries.) Please check out this wikipage and add/correct the information there.
