We want to rent bigger buses and arrange with the bus company so that there
are more seats for the days when more people come.  If we do this, you'd
get a better price, and no need to reserve. However, this hasn't been done
yet, we expect to deal with it when we know who's coming on what day (i.e.
in about two weeks).

I guess we'll be mailing people about their need to reserve or not reserve
after we've dealt with that.
