Sadly, the main page of the hostel hasn't got many info. Maybe someone
can double check this by phone...

What would be short stay here? (BTW, i don't understand how they can
impose a penalty on people who stays longer...)

Free Luggage storage if you arrive early
Free Padlocks (£5 deposit)
This should be confirmed as is not listed in the hostel page.
