I am working with a Columbian at the uni, and visa are always
a problem, no matter whether for vacation or for conferences.
Nevertheless, so far, the Finnish have been the best about it, and
we managed to obtain a visum from them in no time.
That said, I agree... if you are allowed to, come to Finnland as
a tourist!
