In fact, some people were thinking about Austria, since it was going to be
this year there, and we shamelessly stole it from them 8)
Maybe the only way to organise an event like debconf is to start preparing
things and inform everybody aloud and from the begining that you are doing
something, to avoid stepping on someone else's feet.
