There is one more option for people who look for more fun and more
extensive vacation: Minsk LUG is organizing its first Linux Vacation /
Eastern Europe event on July 7-10. More info will be available this week
at http://lvee.linux.by/ , here is what I can tell right now:

The location is a holiday center ("turbasa") "Vyskokij Bereg" on Nyoman
river 100 km from Minsk. SaM Solutions is going to sponsor accomodation
for about 50 people in weekend cottages, there will also be room for
tents, or you can pay yourself for a room in the hotel. The main focus
of the event is recreation and social networking, but there will also be
some tutorial sessions and birds-of-a-feather workshops.

And yes, the dates where intentionally set close to DebConf5 :)
