I would suggest we keep the table as simple and clear as possible, perhaps put detailed discussions in a linked page or hidden text in the edit sheet or something.
In
terms of weather proof buildings, I have lived in Cape Town for 8 years
now and I still own neither an umbrella nor a raincoat. I do this
because I’m silly, yes, but UCT and Breakwater (at least, I would expect other venues too) have very good designs to
stay out of the rain.
Then, as an aside, no probs with the google sheet thing,
In my introductory email I said I was new to debian, I know that there are sensitivities and out-of-principle things, I just don't know what they are yet. Please bear this in mind.
As Stefano also explained, in my email I did say that "It'll probably get messy. If you don't like the google sheet and want to do this on Alioth, that's fine, I'll just hack about here and can contribute whatever to Alioth at a later stage. " Just like you don't load up your first version of code onto Git straight away, I think, you don't load up your first budget either.
I’ll keep using that google sheet because I have an extraordinarily messy mind. When I feel it is ready for people to pay more attention I’ll load it up in a pretty format on Alioth.
