Yes, universities are one of the few places I'd feel completely
comfortable about bandwidth (assuming we can get the IT departments out
of the way).

From my vague previous investigations, I think UCT doesn't have any dorms
available in the Winter vac. Check this?

The attitude I got was very "what's in it for us?", we probably need to
find some political heavy hitter in the university, to champion our
cause. The bureaucracy is thick.
