Dear DebConf23 attendees, If you have not yet checked in, please visit Front Desk and do so. We will be open after breakfast finishes, and will close for other mealtimes. If you already have them, please use the steel mugs and bottles from your swag bag, instead of the plastic bottles provided by hotel. There is a water dispenser giving out hot and cold water across from the hack lab. If you are planning to organise a sprint or an event during DebCamp please mention that in the Wiki page [0]. If you get bitten by a dog, please report to it the front desk. You will need to get a vaccination for rabies if this happens, as a precaution. To adjust the temperature of your room at Four Points hotel, put the AC control in Auto mode and set it to a comfortable temperature. When you remove the key card and lock the room, it lowers the room temperature, to keep the furniture in good condition. You can return it to Auto mode when you come back to your room, and it will go back to the temperature you set. If you are eating with us at Four Points, please collect food coupons from Front desk if you haven't done so yet. Day trip sign ups are open on the Wiki page [1]. Sign ups will close at the end of 11th September. Please note that there are ongoing construction works that affect Trip Option A. If the construction is finished by the 13th, we will be able to visit the tea plantation; otherwise, we will have to skip that portion of the trip. Trip Option D has a very early start time: please check the wiki for exact details. Please make your mugs and bottles distinctive with stickers and by writing your name on them. There are more and more of us here, so if you want to make sure your drinking vessels remain yours, make sure you can tell visually! -- Warm Regards, Anupa for Registration team.
