Do you need to order a taxi to get you to the airport, bus station, etc.? First, see if you can find anyone else who needs to go to the same place at the same time. We have a Travel Coordination wiki page: https://wiki.debian.org/DebConf/22/TravelCoordination Then, come to Front Desk, and let them know who needs a taxi, when. A local team member will book the taxi for you and confirm the pick up time and expected cost. DebConf's travel bursaries will cover taxi costs when: 1. Taxis are shared wherever possible 2. There are receipts (even if it's a scrap of paper with a number scribbled on it) 3. They are reasonable A longer, more expensive taxi ride will be covered when there is no reasonable alternative available (for example, if it's at 3am).
