[Debconf-announce] Advice for moving around at Night

Hello DebConfers,

We've been asked by UCA security to get some information over to you:

When moving around DebConf outside the UCA Campus after dark, it's
advisable to not do that totally alone, but in groups.

Nicaragua and Managua are basically much safer than the scary security
advisories of some Gringo countries read(1), but still it's important
to follow some guidelines like the above, others are to generally not
show too obviously that you might carry stuff and cash in
significantly large amounts with you, as well as leave credit/cash
cards in the hotel when you don't really need to have them with.
