No. ISO9660 volumes on DVD-RW *Restricted Overwrite* are treated in the same way as on DVD+RW. As well as on DVD-RAM, BD-RE, BD-R formatted for Pseudo-Overwrite. It should be noted that in last case media can be treated as both multi-session[/-border] and expandable single-session.
