Hi,

i made some changes to the WRITE12 streaming commands.
With DVD-RAM the last buffer of a write session is
padded up to its full size.
With BD-RE the buffer size is set to 64 KiB which seems
to be the natural size for a BD transaction. The last
buffer gets padded, too.

and try whether stream_recording=on now works with your
DVD-RAM and yields satisfying speed.

Next time you have a BD-RE which is formatted for defect
management (i.e. slow), please test whether the new
output buffer size made work stream_recording=on .
