[dvd+rw-tools] problem erasing DVD+RW

Hi,

I'm having problems with a few of my DVD+RW, after only 1 to 3 burn
sessions on them: I can't erase them anymore.

I use a Plextor 755A drive, Ubuntu 7.10 (and Windows XP sp2),
dvd+rw-tools 7.0-7 and Philips DVD+RW.

I tried several apps on Linux (Nautilus, Brasera, K3B) and Windows
(Nero, ImgBurn). None of them were able to erase these disc.

When I run dvd+rw-mediainfo with one of these DVD+RW, I get:

What can I do to erase and reuse these DVD+RW?
