dvd+rw-tools: growisofs exit code

Exit status of growisofs

I executed 
growisofs -Z /dev/dvd=file
in a bash script, and there was a failure as below:-

The exit status seemed not to signal the error. I had a quick look at
the source, but couldn't see where this error message was produced, and
thus how the exit status was set in this case.

Shouldn't it return exit(1) or at least non zero in this case?
