Okay, I've updated the flash utility to work with .BIN files, and have
attempted to display the firmware's version number. It'll print a
warning message if it looks like the firmware that you're trying to
flash doesn't match the drive, but it'll let you flash anyway if you
tell it to go ahead.

I've also added some notes on how to get the firmware file from the
Windows flash utility, and a public domain dedication.
