IPredator is blocked due to massive spam attacks. Despite reports to their abuse contacts, the spam attacks continued. So they're blocked and remain blocked.
I have contacted IPredator. They say, they have not received an abuse mail about wiki.debian.org. And they contacted you after this bug report - without reply:
