Furthermore: a couple of minor points. We have

      Some parts (or all) of the consultant's information can be removed
      if they don't comply with this policy anymore, or at the discretion
      of the list maintainers.

This reads better (I think) as

      Some or all of a consultant's information may be removed at the
      discretion of the list maintainers or if it doesn't comply with
      this policy anymore.

Also, in

      In particular, the e-mail address will also be displayed in the
      list, and will be available to all users.
          ^
          ^
          ^

the comma (after "list") is not needed.
