After speaking on the phone with you on December 10th, I believe we
had cleared this issue up. Your order was shipped less than 24 hours
after it was placed on December 7th. A shipment notification email
with a tracking number was sent from FrozenTech and US Postal Service
to the email address you provided on the same day, December 7th, and
again after talking on the phone, December 10th. According to the
tracking information, the order was delivered December 11th.
FrozenTech thanks you for your business and is happy to provide
customer service until your issue is resolved.
