 Do you really mean Debian 4 (etch) and R4 of that? Last point release
of Debian 4 (etch) was r8, you can find it in the archive on
<http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/> (and on some mirrors).

 If you actually mean R4 of Debian 5 (lenny) as in 5.0.4 you can find
that on <http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/> (and its mirrors).
