english translation for english/doc/books.wml (was Re: A new Brazilian book about Debian)

Hello,

I was translating english/doc/books.wml file into Japanese.
And I noticed that english/doc/books.wml file did not correspond
to the portuguese/doc/books.wml file (in the part of the book
"Descobrindo o Linux").

I think the following is maybe correct:

 This book is divided in four parts: Basic concepts, Management of
 GNU/Linux, Administration of the system and Advanced operations.
