incorrect russian translation of http://www.debian.org/social_contract

there are pages, in which the social contract si formulated:

second of them is not explicit and also not very correct translation of the first one

so, the The Debian Free Software Guidelines (DFSG), item 4, comment in italic font : the word ""restrict" is translated as "запрещать", while the correct translation is "ограничивать".

another trouble is that in the sentence

 Please give credit to the Debian project if you do.

at the end of the page, the word "give credit" is translated as "верить", while it is obviously not correct: the correct translation is "упомянуть"
