Using original characters for author's names of Debian books

Hi,

I'd like to propose to writing names of Debian book authors in
their original name, with the current Latin-Alphabet transliteration
in webwml/english/doc/books.wml .

For example,

  Kenshi Muto ---> 武藤建志 (Kenshi Muto)

In this case, these characters are CJK Han Ideogram.
The page books.wml has Korean author's name, who would like to
use Hangul. There may be some authors whose name need Latin-
Alphabets with acute, grave, .... All of them should be expressed
using &foobar; expression.

Any comments?
