Is it common to use IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) to denote
the pronounciation of Swedish? If so, maybe IPA is the solution? :-)

   ['debi*n]

where ' is supposed to be straight down (stress mark)
and * is supposed to be an upside-down "e", a.k.a. the "schwa",
the natural vowel. :-)
