* What are the main 2-4 weaknesses of Debian today?

* What are the main 2-4 external things happening in the world outside
  Debian, and that are "opportunities" for Debian?

* What are the main 2-4 external things happening in the world outside
  Debian, and that are "threats" for Debian?
