force tape device name

hi list,

hi have a dell TL2000 tape device, it has an autochanger and two drives.
the problem i'm facing is that when i restart the tape, the device names could change, so my bacula config becomes unusable.

i read somewhere that i can make persistent names with udev rules, but i cant find any example.

this is my scsi information int the server attached to the tape:
developer@w3:/lib/udev/rules.d$ cat /proc/scsi/scsi
