Thanks again for all that tried to connect with Konqueror and reported
the same results as I have here.

Well, I still have problems to get the page loaded in Icewasel.

sm01@stt008:~$ dig @8.8.8.8 www.jonassan.org

;<<>> DiG 9.6-ESV-R4<<>> @8.8.8.8 www.jonassan.org
try www.jonasson.org/maps/

Was that my typo in the OP??

Uh? But you insisted me [1] it was "www.jonassan.org">>>;-)

As I said in my first [2] and second [3] e-mail, http://www.jonasson.org/
maps/ loads fine with Iceweasel :-)

As usual I must have made another typo. I thought you meant that the /maps/ was not needed. I missed the 'a' in jonasson. :-(

As per your konqueror issue, have you checked the javascript console and
looked for any errors?

There is no javascript console in konqueror, as someone else pointed out. I saw errors in a few modules, none of which were java errors.
I have purged konqueror in favor of rekonq package although now that
iceweasel has been configured to stop all the unwanted connections I really don't need it or Opera for that matter.
