sarge is the current stable release and is made for production servers. Any odd
text on the cd like this should be sent to the debian-boot? or debian-cd
mailing list as a bug.

This is an artifact of the cd making process for CD images are not repositories.
And stable/testing/unstable are not meaningfull for a CD iso.
An email to the debian-cd team may provide the exact reason for this.
