however, for future posts,
you may want to consider
a "subject line" that's
specific to the actual
email topic.  (some people
scan by "subject."  and if
the subject doesn't sound
familiar, they'll skip the
email without opening it;
even though the email may
provide an opportunity to
be helpful.)

(i have no answer for your
"fonts" issue.)
