If you can upgrade to woody/sarge/sid, these software are already
present there.

If you cant...

The latest potato update already has openssl 0.9.6 (if I'm not mistaken,
as I ran ssh 3.4 there the last time).

As for Apache, you can backport it. Fetch the source of apache 1.3.26
from Debian and rebuild it using dpkg-buildpackage. Take note that you
will need to backport some packages as well to satisfy the build
dependencies.
