Colin's one of those withwhom I usually never disagree. On this count
I can say one thing though... it would be nice to have at least
something like the notion of fixed-width *and* variable width to help
distinguishing between code and shell fragments and regular text...

people have problems using the almost uncountable set of tools of
a language to express what they want. Why make it harder for them by
adding such peermutations as "bold" (err, <strong> i mean) or font
size?

It was a properly stated message that didn't ask for flames. It be
asking for flames if I were to say that mutt rocks over all other
MUAs, but then again I didn't just say that ;^>
