He doesn't work for an organisation, he works on his own. The guy's
pretty young to be having such a complaint but then he's been hacking
around since he was 16 or thereabouts. He runs one of the mailing lists to
which I subscribe and when he asked for help yesterday I thought I would seek an
opinion from a wider, and more knowledegeable, audience
