I would refrain from going that far, simply because I suspect that my
pgp signature is sent as a MIME attachment.  Would you drop all signed
mail?

No, but I think your suggestion goes a tad too far.

I was actually aiming for a point. Some people have an irrational dislike
of Microsoft products. (I know I do), but I also do not no like attachments
(another irrational dislike). If were going to cater to one group of people
then why not cater to all the groups. Then there is no point in having the
list, because were not going to please everyone.

On top of that, we're going to lose the people that really need the list the
most, the new users coming from the Microsoft world.
