I normally reply to posts in trn (I gateway mailing lists to local
newsgroups), where I do have a Mail-Followup-To: header set up [1]. Note
this post, for instance. The only time I reply to posts in mutt is when
somebody fails to respect Mail-Followup-To: in the first place and
copies a post to me, and so I've never really seen the point of going to
the effort of setting it up in mutt.

[1] Although admittedly not a Mail-Copies-To: header - I'll set that up
    when I remember.

In any case, what bothers me more is people pinging me by private e-mail
every day or two to ask me if I've figured out what their problem is yet
... it makes me very disinclined to even try to answer further questions
from them, I'm afraid.
