As recommended before, www.dyndns.org is great.  I use it myseld with the
ddup client.  However, the famous (?) debian-user unsubscribe tag might give
a clue:

Unsubscribe?  mail -s unsubscribe debian-user-request@lists.debian.org <
/dev/null
