Mutt is in development.  To get the latest source see:

The latest release is Mutt 0.91.1i (1998-04-15).  That is the international
release with pgp support built in.  See the faq for information for U.S.A.
users.

It compiles & installs cleanly on my bo.  Uses gnu autoconf.  

I did not succeed in turning the tar-ball source into a deb package that
worked.
